Since I finished the scarf earlier this week, I’ve been working on a project that’s been abandoned for a while. This is the bridal cardigan from Poetry in Stitches.
My tension looks pretty craptacular, but I’m counting on a good agressive blocking to take care of that. Every time I take this sweater out I think its weird that Poetry in Stitches gets abbreviated PiS. It looks too much like PoS to me (which I don’t usually associate with Point of Sale).
Today we went to the car dealership and picked out our new car. We’ll be getting a Honda Odyssey EXL in Ocean Mist (blue!) We’re getting rid of our Civic coupe for the minivan so that we can get another dog! I’m hoping for a black boy, but as long as the new dog gets along well with Trillian, I’ll be happy.
